Paying homage to my favorite group from Hawaii’s past, Kalapana. I used to listen to “Nightbird” & “The Hurt” religiously as a kid. Something about the lyrics and melodies that take me back to a simpler time and make me think of our home on the islands. Every song is a hit of nostalgia. Every chorus brings back memories. I hope we can pass this music on to the next generation…
